It always is. Constant website crashes, phone lines dropping off. It's pure luck if you do get through and when/if you do they are sometimes sold out.
Late announcements, only ever recommend you go to the ticket office in person (Which isn't possible for anyone who works, or is too far away from the ground). All a bit embarrasing. Let's hope ticketmaster or whoever take over next season makes it a smoother process.

There was nothing on the website saying that the tickets were on sale either it only showed if you logged in, it's been handled poorly.

Hopefully, the whole ticketing office will be outsourced next season.

Our ticket office is a joke
Went down there this morning to get one for my old man. Got there at 8:40 and there was a queue and a note saying it had sold out. Woman comes out the ticket office and says they were sold out 11am YESTERDAY.
They then announce it via a tweet at 8:56
What a joke, why didnt they let us know ? Alot of people wasted time going down there this morning. Could of announced it at the testimonial or at least update the website.
Embarrassing how bad they are
